The Museum Frieder Burda offers its visitors a diverse education programme for all age groups.
In addition to regular public tours of the current exhibitions, we also offer private tours with experienced art educators.
The tours are carried out in a special group tour system which guarantees perfect acoustics transmission.
We are also happy to organise exclusive private tours outside normal opening times for an extra charge.
For the exhibition "Yoshitomo Nara", virtual tours will begin in mid-December 2024.
The Museum Frieder Burda is now offering virtual tours on regular dates.
Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 4 p.m.
During the tour - as part of a Zoom conference - art historians will lead live and online through the current exhibition and show the artworks of artists on the basis of 360-degree views,
both in the exhibition view and in detail. At the same time, participants can ask the guide questions or simply listen.
With the live tour, the individual art experience comes directly to your home.

Procedure
If you are interested in a virtual group tour (max. 50 participants), please contact us. We will arrange an individual appointment with you. The cost for a virtual group tour is € 95,00. The virtual group tour is ideal, for example, for an inspiring lunch break for your employees in the office or a varied art lesson with a school class or a creative afternoon in a senior citizens' facility to experience art in a participatory way and thus share enjoyment, pleasure and new experiences with each other.
During a private family tour for 1-2 families, which can be booked on a binding basis, an experienced course leader explains the art in the current exhibition in a clear and child-friendly way, accompanied by our creative booklet FRIEDER. There is also a lot of interesting information for parents.

Fee: 50 euros per family
This offer is for families with children aged 4 to 12 years.
Send us your preferred date and time, the number of participants and the age of the children via the tour request form and we will be pleased to propose you an offer.
All our customised private tours, binding and reserved in advance, are given by Museum Frieder Burda’s experienced art educators and enable immediate entry to the exhibitions without waiting times. The tours use a group tour system that guarantees perfect acoustic transmission. We are also happy to organise exclusive tours, for an extra charge, at times outside our normal opening hours.
